The short answer
Polar Engine checks how ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI assistants talk about a brand, then turns the gaps into strategy and video. Here is how it works, from the developer who built it.
Customers now ask an AI assistant before they ever open Google. "What's the best couch for a small apartment?" "Who does good AI video ads?" If the answer doesn't name your brand, you never had a chance. Polar Engine, at brain.polaropposite.ai, finds out whether you are named, and what to do if you aren't. I am its founding and only developer.
Stage 1: Research
Polar Engine asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, Grok and Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode the questions real customers ask. It checks whether a brand gets named when the buyer didn't mention it, how it compares with competitors, which claims about it are wrong, and whether AI crawlers can read its website at all. Everything it reports comes from what the answers actually say.
Stage 2: Strategy
The findings become a plan: positioning, messaging, an AI search plan, scripts and FAQs, all written from the research instead of from guesswork.
Stage 3: Studio
The plan turns into briefs, videos, product photos and feed ads. A person checks every keyframe before anything animates and approves every clip before it is delivered, the same rule Polar Opposite's studio works by.
Building it as the only developer
- A multitenant platform: every agency and brand has its own workspace, roles and history.
- A job queue that runs long AI checks and video renders in the background, with live progress.
- Pipeline boards so a team can see every brand from research to finished creative.
- Usage billing on credits, and a desktop app for Mac and Windows with run notifications.
It is built with TypeScript, React and Supabase, with Claude doing the reasoning and video models like Kling doing the rendering. Being the only developer means every part of it, from the database to the last button, was designed to work together.
